William Bennett joined the firm in January of 2011 after 20 years of service as the Hampden County District Attorney. Prior to his years of public service, William had a law practice in Springfield in which he handled a wide variety of matters.
William is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and is admitted in the Massachusetts State and Federal Court. He had a broad criminal and civil trial practice. William is an experienced trial attorney as well as an effective negotiator. Presently, his civil litigation practice encompasses the areas of general liability, including plaintiff’s personal injury, automotive torts, contract disputes, premises liability, and commercial disputes.
