Erin J. Meehan’s practice encompasses all areas of civil litigation, including personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, residential and commercial landlord-tenant disputes, premises liability, recreational liability, contract disputes and general liability. She also advises municipal clients on day-to-day matters, including procurement, zoning and land use, by-law drafting and enforcement, Home Rule and town meeting. She is admitted in Massachusetts, District of Massachusetts, First Circuit Court of Appeals and Connecticut.
Ms. Meehan became a Shareholder at DWPM in 2023. Before joining the firm in 2014, she earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and her B.A. from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. In addition to her practice, she is a member of the Hampden County Bar Association Board of Directors and a frequent volunteer in the Hampden County Legal Clinic’s pro bono program.
